👻🎃 A spooktacular Thursday at BNI Quantum! 🎃👻

From recognising each other’s achievements and sharing referrals to celebrating fantastic presentations…

THIS is what it’s all about! ❤️🤝

💡 Wendy shared this week’s Core Value — Recognition — reminding us how important it is to acknowledge the people around us, celebrate their achievements and show appreciation for the contributions they make. A little recognition can go a long way! ⭐👏

🎤 Cilla delivered this week’s education slot on Givers Gain®, encouraging us to think about who we could refer through our everyday conversations. The more regular 1-2-1s we have, the better we understand each other’s businesses — and the easier it becomes to make meaningful introductions. 🤝

🏆 A huge congratulations to our Notable Networkers for September — Helen, Gabby and Jess, with Vicki achieving the overall Notable Networker award! ⭐👏 Fantastic recognition for the connections and contributions made to our chapter.

🔐 Our 10-minute presentation this week came from Jess at Absolut Security, giving us a valuable insight into her business and how she helps keep people and their properties secure.

👻🏆 And the Quantum Cup goes to… Tracey! 🎉 Presented by Harj, this week’s award recognised Tracey for not only dressing up but delivering a truly spooktastic 60 Seconds presentation! 🎃🕷️

Sometimes a little creativity and fun is all it takes to make your business memorable!

Another Thursday full of learning, laughter, recognition and opportunity…

Because BNI Quantum is about more than networking — it’s about recognising each other, building relationships, giving generously and helping one another succeed. 🚀❤️

Connection beats the hard sell every time.

People don’t attend networking events hoping to be pitched to within the first 30 seconds.

They attend to meet people, build trust and discover opportunities.

A genuine conversation can open more doors than the perfect sales presentation.

The question isn’t “How can I sell to this person?”

It’s “How can I help them?”

That’s where real opportunities begin.

Every conversation strengthens our connections and opens the door to new opportunities. 🌟

Because when we build relationships, referrals and collaborations follow! 🙌
