We’ve gone from diggers, brickwork, steel and big structural changes… to choosing the finer details that are actually going to make this feel like home 🔥😎🏡

Tiles, finishes, bathroom fittings, cabinetry - all the little decisions that suddenly make the end feel very close 💪🫡

It’s been a massive project, but we’re now at the stage where it’s all starting to come together properly.

Move-in day really isn’t far away now… 🔥

Family home update… Elsie’s already moved into the garden 😂🏡

Plenty happening this here - new fencing going in, the garden being prepped, summer house taking shape and some serious progress inside with floors up and the renovation well underway 😎👊

It’s definitely looking more like a building site than a family home right now 😂 but we’re getting there!

Special mention to Elsie, who wasted no time giving her new jungle gym a proper test run 😂🛝❤️

Tying up loose ends because of a bad builder not completing what they started, but our next HMO is almost ready to be tenanted and home to some ❤️

It’s not easy what we do — there’s a lot of risk involved, but it sets our family up well, and we’re creating affordable, high quality homes 😎💪

When done properly, property is always the reward worth this risk 🔥
