Higher valuations don’t happen by accident 👀💪

A big part of increasing the value of our HMO properties comes from creating more usable income-producing space and that’s exactly why we do loft conversions and dormer extensions on so many of our projects 😎🔥

By adding extra bedrooms upstairs, we’re able to increase rental income, improve the overall functionality of the property and ultimately push the commercial valuation higher 📈
But it’s not just about squeezing rooms in…

Commercial valuations are heavily linked to the income the property produces 💡

The goal is always to turn underperforming properties into high-quality, high-cashflow assets that refinance well and perform long term 🫡💪
