Seeking Help in Sourcing Residential Property!

Dear Contacts,

After a successful funding round, we are now in a strong position to invest up to £3.5 million in residential property across the UK. We are actively looking for opportunities to acquire existing portfolios from retiring landlords, pension trusts, and REITs, as well as new build stock from developers.

Key Criteria:
✅ Genuine Below Market Value (BMV) properties, approximately 30% below market value.
✅ Properties ranging from single units to multiple units.
✅ Completed units, not off-plan.
✅ Both leasehold and freehold properties are of interest.

Reminiscing the good times 🕺

Taking a look back at a previous project we sold this time last year. After multiple bids, it smashed the local ‘ceiling price’ for the area. I bloody ❤️ what we do and I'm proud to have been a part of this successful property development. From the initial concept to the final sign of every step was meticulously planned and executed but still plenty of ups and downs along the way!

It was an awesome project - perhaps my favourite to date 🥳 We focused on incorporating modern design elements while still maintaining the art deco charm and character. The result was a stunning property that exceeded expectations.

But what what particularly awesome was the incredible support we received from the local residents…this was a first for us and I absolutely loved showing many of them them round when it was complete just for a nosey 👃

As we continue to grow and take on new projects, I'm excited to connect with more like-minded individuals who share the same passion for property investment and development. We need to see the next rate rise to be .5% minimum. Sadly l, The cost of living crisis is still only hurting a select few and needs to be a lot more painful for a lot more people. Bars and restaurants are full as are UK airports. This problem will be sticking around for longer than anyone predicated at this rate. A bigger rate rise may give the public the shock that’s needed
