Yesterday we completed on a block of 4 flats that we have successfully title split.
What should have been a straightforward transaction turned into an 8 month battle of constant solicitor enquiries, additional document requests, changing requirements and endless back and forth communication.
Was it frustrating? Absolutely.
But every time another obstacle was put in front of us, we found a solution. We answered every question, provided additional information, amended documents where needed and kept pushing forward.
Because at Rave, we understand that if you want the result badly enough, you do what it takes to get the deal across the line.
Too many investors give up when things get difficult. The reality is that property investing is not about avoiding problems, it is about solving them.

Title splitting is a powerful strategy that allows us to recycle much of our capital, leave very little money tied up in the deal and continue growing our portfolio faster.💷💷
