Salary: £46,000 - £51,000 (dependent on experience)
Lincolnshire Community Foundation is seeking an exceptional leader to join us as Chief Operating Officer/Deputy Chief Executive at a pivotal stage of our growth and development.
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the Foundation’s operational delivery, overseeing grant making, finance, governance, HR, IT and compliance. This is a strategic, hands on role
focused on strengthening systems, improving processes, and ensuring the organisation is
well positioned to deliver lasting change.
Key responsibilities include:

About you:
You are an experienced senior leader with a strong track record in operational management.
You can translate strategy into clear, deliverable plans, lead and motivate high-performing
teams, and build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You bring sound
judgement, a collaborative approach, and a strong commitment to social change.
