The Do's & Don'ts when applying for your mortgage... 👀🏡

💡 Take it from someone who works with multiple lenders for a variety of cases...

Some things are a big YES or NO NO ❌

✅ Knowing where you stand with your credit score & fixing any errors is a big YES

+ saving a solid deposit
+ getting a mortgage agreement in principle
+ keeping your finances stable
+ reducing existing debt
+ budgeting for ALL costs involved
+ shopping around (that's what i'm here for 🤫)

- Making big financial changes
- ⁠Missing card payments or bills
