Once the rush of tax year-end was over, we took some time to step away from the office.

Our team social came at just the right moment. It gave us a chance to pause, recharge, and enjoy some well-deserved fun together after one of our busiest times of the year.

These moments are important.

They give us time to reconnect, share some laughs, and remember that behind all the work, we’re a group of people who truly enjoy working together.

We’ve been growing steadily, and now our building is starting to reflect that progress.

If you’ve visited Allum Brook Barns recently, you may have noticed something new.

There’s now a new doorway just off our reception area.

This is the entrance to our new office space, which we’ve added to make room for our growing team.

Builders worked throughout April, and we’ll be moving into the new space in May. After we settle in, our upstairs office will become extra meeting rooms, so our IFAs have more comfortable and private spaces to meet with clients.

It may look like a small change from the outside, but it’s a big step forward in how we work together and welcome everyone who trusts us with their financial planning.

If you like the security of a Cash ISA, there’s an upcoming change you should know about.

Starting 6 April 2027, if you’re under 65, the yearly Cash ISA limit will go down to £12,000. The total ISA allowance stays at £20,000, so the other £8,000 can only be put into a Stocks & Shares ISA.

If you’ve always picked cash for its simplicity, this change is important.

It affects how you plan, where you keep your money, and how confident you feel about your savings.
