A popular South Cheshire beer and cider festival was so overwhelmed with visitors it had to cancel the last day - after customers drank the venue dry!

I need to average 9,000 steps a day until the end of September. Can I do it? Of course, because I have walked an average 12,549 steps a day since the start of July.

The average adult Brit walks between 3000-4000 steps a day, whilst 10,000 steps is an ideal number. Since the start of my Challenge I have walked an average of 13,500 steps a day, completing 500,264 steps in 37 days. Only another 55 days to go. Yes, I’m going to smash that 1 million steps’ target!

Starting on 1st July, I am taking the 1 MILLION step challenge for and have 3 months to complete around 10,000 per day. If you can spare a small , I'd be very grateful as this is a very worthy cause.
