This year’s theme is It All Counts.
Small, manageable steps, rather than big changes.

So here’s one for this week.
That letter or email you’ve been leaving unopened.
Open it, read it once, and put it somewhere you’ll see it.

You don’t need to deal with it today.
Just taking that first step can feel like progress.

Money worries have a way of sitting quietly in the background of everyday life.

It's not always obvious when it's time to do something about them. Here are three signs worth paying attention to.

1. You're using credit to cover everyday essentials, or one card to pay another.

2. The balance doesn't seem to move, however much you put towards it.

3. It's the first thing on your mind in the morning and the last at night.

If any of these feel familiar, you're not alone, many people tell us they wish they'd looked into things sooner.
