The Scottish Government’s First Homes Fund could give you up to £10,000 towards buying your first home!
✅ Available for first-time buyers in Scotland
✅ New build or existing properties
✅ Homes up to £300,000
✅ No monthly repayments
The fund is a shared equity scheme, meaning the Scottish Government takes a percentage share in the property, usually repaid when you sell your home.

Last time around the market was incredibly competitive due to this. There were countless flats and houses in demand, selling quickly and quite often above home report.

We recommend always getting advice about the scheme, if it’s suitable and find out if it is required.
