this could maybe be taken with a pinch of salt. but! the presence here has been nothing short of shambolic for the last couple of years if not way longer, the truth is 2 things, we have been insanely busy, we have been pretty (very) internet lazy. 2026 will be bringing big changes, new website, new contact and interaction strategies, hauling us into the modern world. who knows if any of this will actually happen but it actually might just. 2025 was a record breaking year here, so its hard to find the time to even deal with more, but that time will be found (maybe!). massive thanks to each and every client from our most successful year and every other year , there's one and a bit working weeks left here, thank you as always for your valued support and merry Xmas to you all!

oh, another post on here, must be about holidays, yup, it is! even though the sun looks like its gonna be here for a while i'm off to find hotter sun, away from friday 16th til tues 27th so as usual everything's in order but replies to messages etc might be a little longer, thanks as always for everything! its been a mad busy few weeks so looking forward to some downtime and some Efes!

when you eventually log back into FB and realise your business page has half a gazillion notifications 🤣🙈.firstly, apologies, i'm absolutely rubbish at social media, secondly i've been ridiculously busy, thirdly i'm absolutely rubbish at social media 😛😛😛😛🙂 anyways, in answer to most questions, yes we are still here and yes we are always happy to help, the majority of our business comes from happy customers passing on our details and long may that remain. moving on, yes this page will prob not be updated for another 6 months or until i'm going away on holidays, but for anyone dropping in, i will always answer any messages/queries asap, just not great on updating the actual fb page, for not great read hopeless, is there a word to describe someone who is anti social media? thats me. cheers folks

it seems like ages since we posted here, turns out that's because it was ages ago that we posted here! anyway its been a bit hectic and the mortgage market has been all over the place. If you or anyone you know has a fixed rate mortgage expiring within the next 6 months then get in touch with us to arrange the best deal possible in the current mortgage market. Securing a new deal early means you protect yourself against any more interest rate rises but also if/when rates were to drop we can change the new deals to reduced amounts accordingly prior to commencement which means you cant lose and continue to get the best deals possible. as always likes and shares most appreciated, spread the word for anyone nearing the end of their fixed rate deal to get in touch with us.

another bumper interest rate rise announced by Bank of England today....... anyone not on a fixed rate or coming to an end of their current one within the next few months please give us a shout to see if we can help soften the blow of the increased rates on offer. In many cases we can source better options than you will be offered by your existing lender saving you money, and saving money has probably never been so important as it is in these current times.

Hi folks, just a wee quick Easter holiday update, that is us now closed until 19 april 2022 and therefore unable to take on any new business until that date. This year has flown by, Just realised how much this FB page has been neglected for many months now while we focused on our clients and the challenging current mortgage market together with the overall continued uncertainty the pandemic continues to pose. Its been a busy, and challenging year and I would like to personally thank every single one of our clients both new and repeat customers for their support and for trusting us with their biggest financial commitment. We have no spaces left this year to take on new customers but will continue to work on everything that is currently being processed right up until Christmas, then we shall be closed until Monday 10 January 2022, depending of course on what lies around the corner....
