Following the Bank of England review we are pleased to share that they have reduced this to 3.75%. This is fantastic news for the mortgage industry however it does take a while for this to filter through to the lenders and effect our rates. PLEASE GET IN TOUCH TO DISCUSS YOUR MORTGAGE WITH US.
