This month is a very special one at Crystal Clear Financial Planning as we celebrate 15 years of CCFPL! 🎉

And amongst all the celebrations, we wanted to give a very special shoutout to someone who is marking an incredible work anniversary… Darren! 💙

15 years ago this month, Darren and Paul took the leap and launched CCFPL. What started as a vision has grown into the business, team and family that we know today and what a journey it has been!

From the early days to where we are today, there have been countless milestones, challenges, achievements and, most importantly, memories along the way.

The good news is that having an existing mortgage doesn't stop you from moving.

Depending on your circumstances, you may be able to:
🏡 Transfer your current mortgage to your new property (known as porting).
🏡 Apply for a new mortgage that's better suited to your move.
🏡 Borrow additional funds if you're moving to a more expensive home.
