🐾 OFFICE ALERT: WALTER IS LEAVING US! 🐾Don’t panic, but our Chief Morale / Happiness Officer Walter is officially logging off for a well-deserved two-week holiday.

🏖️Starting Monday, Walter’s busy schedule of napping under desks, demanding belly rubs, and "auditing" lunchboxes will be temporarily suspended.

He is traded his office collar for a beach towel and heading off to chase waves instead of emails. ☀️

Important Notice for Our Clients: While the superstar of the office is away, the backup team (the humans) will still be chained to their desks. 💻

WFH today (Working From Home, or more accurately: Waiting For Humans). 🐾☀️

It’s way too hot for a Labrador to be commuting to the office, so I’ve taken executive action to guard the cool kitchen tiles.

The rest of the Mapps Mortgage & Insurance Ltd team are hard at work in the office for all your mortgage & insurance needs, but don't worry—I'm managing team morale remotely from the sofa.

My current tasks include supervising the breeze from the fan and conducting a thorough risk assessment on my nap schedule.

My official duties today include:
Crunching data (and maybe a few biscuits😆)
Approving all belly rubs with 100% certainty💞
Snoring loudly during important phone calls📞

☀️ Important Hot Weather & Holiday Update☀️
It is going to be a very hot weekend, so make sure to keep your pups cool and stay hydrated!

Because of the heat (and the Bank Holiday), a reminder that our office will be closed on Monday so all my humans can enjoy the sunshine and take me on early morning walks. We will reopen on Tuesday at 9:00am!

🐾 🚨 URGENT NOTICE FROM THE CHIEF SNACK OFFICER 🚨

Walter here, reporting live from under the desks at Mapps Mortgage & Insurance Ltd. My precise internal clock (stomach) indicates there is exactly ONE DAY left until a glorious three-day Bank Holiday weekend!

I have crunched the numbers, signed the paperwork, and officially authorised the following long-weekend itinerary:

Phase 1: Full-speed tactical cannonballs into the river.
Phase 2: High-speed beach zoomies and salty sea swims.
Phase 3: A boat trip to the Farne Islands! I have volunteered to captain the vessel, but the humans aren't trusting my steering. Something about me constantly veering off course towards the puffins and seals... (Management says I must stay on board).
Phase 4: Strategic positioning directly under the BBQ.
Phase 5: Aggressive monitoring of all sausage-to-mouth trajectories.
Phase 6: Maximum nap-time to digest an influx of treats.

Human mortgages are complicated, but my maths is simple:
Captain Walter + Beaches + Sausages = Best Boy.

It’s been a busy four-day week here at the office, and Walter has been working hard (mostly at napping and supervising the biscuit tin) since the bank holiday.

He’s officially clocked off for the weekend and is ready to swap the office carpet for some muddy paths!
