‘Undercover Estate Agent’ Panorama programme aired last night 14/07/2025, on Iplayer is worth a watch 🍿

Estate agents ‘conditional selling’ is an illegal practice, so if an estate agent you are dealing with, tells you that you have to use their in house / preferred mortgage services to get your offer accepted ask them to put that in writing via an email & report it to the regulators.

This programme highlighted the benefits of using independent mortgage broker who are not working for the estate agents.
