Need an extra collection between your council days? We’re here whenever you need us! We take your waste directly to a licensed transfer station to be sorted and recycled.
To keep our service safe and clean, please remember our essential guidelines:
⚠️ Strictly Prohibited Items:
• ❌ Lithium Batteries & Vapes: Found in old electronics, toothbrushes, and vapes. These explode and cause major truck fires when compressed. They must never go in the bin.
• ❌ Wet Paint or Oils: These cause hazardous, costly messes when we tip the waste.
🛑 £25 Stranded Bin Fee:
If your bin is blocked, inaccessible, or contains any banned items, we cannot empty it and a £25 call-out fee will apply.
💳 Easy Automated Payments:
Booking and paying is now easier than ever. Once your collection is confirmed, we will send you a Monzo invoice via WhatsApp/SMS. Simply tap the payment button to pay securely in seconds via card or bank transfer.
