We had a very special visitor in the office today when one of our clients brought along their adorable new puppy, Bob the Collie! 🐶❤️

Safe to say, he stole the show! Although, we’re not sure how much financial advice he took on board! 😂

It’s always lovely to welcome our clients (and their four-legged family members) into the office. We think Bob may have just become our youngest client yet! 🐾

📱 Having trouble accessing your Quilter app since the recent update?

We’ve had a few clients get locked out following the Quilter app update, so we wanted to share a quick guide on what to do.

🔐 If you’re unable to log in:

1️⃣ Click “Forgotten username” and follow the steps provided.

2️⃣ Once you’ve confirmed your username, you can then reset your password and try logging in again.

3️⃣ Still having trouble? Please contact Quilter directly on 0808 171 2626 and they’ll be able to help.

Unfortunately, we don’t have access to the login side of the platform, so we’re unable to reset usernames or passwords ourselves. Quilter will be able to confirm whether you’re using the correct username and advise you on the next steps.

Hopefully this helps anyone who has been struggling to get back into the app! 😊
