Bitcoin Could Potentially Reach $1 Million, Analyst Suggests.
Famous crypto analyst PlanB has created optimism in the cryptocurrency world with his bold Bitcoin (BTC) price prediction. The analyst suggested that the largest cryptocurrency could potentially reach an astonishing level of $1 million in the coming months and years.
Bitcoin’s $1 Million Price Forecast
PlanB, in a detailed analysis published on his YouTube channel on April 1st, examined Bitcoin‘s historical and recent movements, focusing particularly on technical analysis tools such as the Stock-to-Flow Model and the Relative Strength Index (RSI).
The analyst emphasized the importance of the Stock-to-Flow Model chart for Bitcoin, noting the tendency of the largest cryptocurrency to reach new all-time highs (ATH) just before the block reward halving, which cuts mining rewards by 50% and reduces the rate of supply increase. Based on this observation, PlanB expressed his confidence that Bitcoin could reach $100,000 this year and potentially rise even higher in 2024 and 2025.
PlanB highlighted that historical trends indicate Bitcoin’s next peak may not be seen until 2025, and it could surpass the $500,000 level, possibly even reaching $1 million. The analyst’s optimistic outlook is supported by Bitcoin’s RSI analysis, which points to a deviation from previous models and indicates continuous exponential growth rather than diminishing returns.
Many Investors Currently in Profit
PlanB also referred to the Bitcoin profit chart, which shows that a significant portion of Bitcoin investors are currently in profit. He underlined that this trend is likely to continue in the foreseeable future, indicating a favorable environment for further price increases in the largest cryptocurrency.
