A gin brand built around Camden Market’s historic distilling roots has now entered a new chapter under complementary ownership.

Founded by a former Bacardi executive, Half Hitch Gin developed a distinctive position within the premium spirits market through its award-winning products, micro-distillery, gin school and strong direct-to-consumer presence in Camden.

Represented by Regional Commercial Director Martin Baars and led by Operations Manager Leanne Boulding, the process generated strong engagement, resulting in 12 meetings and three offers before a buyer was selected.

The acquirer identified the brand as a natural fit alongside its existing portfolio, bringing together two independently developed businesses operating within the same market.
