🚨 I honestly can't believe I'm posting this... 🚨

A year ago, if you'd told me I'd be appearing on one of the biggest mortgage podcasts in the industry, talking about a podcast we've built from scratch, I'd have laughed.

But here we are.

I'm genuinely so f*cking proud of this.

Not just because I had the opportunity to appear on the Accords Podcast, (Thank ou Mary) but because the conversation was all about Mortgage Mythbusters – something me & Baz have poured an incredible amount of time, energy and passion into.

What started as an idea has grown into a platform that's helping people cut through the noise, challenge the myths and have real conversations about mortgages.

To be invited onto a podcast with the reach, reputation and influence of Accords is a massive moment for me personally and professionally and gives Mortgage Mythbusters the platofrm id deserves...

There are plenty of people who see a podcast and think it's just an hour of chatting.

The reality?

It's the planning.
It's the research.
It's the recording.
It's the editing.
It's the promotion.
It's showing up week after week after week.

And seeing Mortgage Mythbusters recognised at this level feels pretty damn special.

I'm incredibly grateful to everyone who's listened, shared an episode, appeared as a guest, supported us behind the scenes or simply cheered us on.

This is one of those moments where you stop and think:
