WE FOUND HER !
A few weeks ago, we put out a slightly different kind of job advert.
We weren’t just looking for someone to post on Facebook or make the odd TikTok.
We wanted someone who got us.
Someone who understood what PJS is about, who we help, and where we want to go next.
And we’re very pleased to say…
WE FOUND HER.
We’re delighted to have filled the position with someone we genuinely think is going to be a fantastic fit for PJS.
Our newest team member comes to us with a strong military background, something that immediately clicked with us, given our long-standing commitment to supporting the Armed Forces, veteran community and blue light services.
And she’s already hit the ground running.
Fresh ideas. New ways of doing things. Current, responsive, creative and genuinely excited about what we can do next.
PJS has grown and evolved massively through social media. It’s given us a platform to reach people, build relationships and shout about what we do best, helping people buy their first home, their next home or their forever home, finding the best mortgage deals out there, and making sure they and their families have the right protection in place.
Her role is to help us take that platform and push it to the next level.
And importantly, having someone dedicated to the digital side of PJS frees Paddy up to spend more time doing what he does best, talking to people, finding solutions and helping our customers.
Because while the way we communicate might keep changing, the bit behind it never will:
