Property Taxes Are Due Soon!

Property tax payments are due by July 2, so now’s a great time to make sure everything is on your radar.

✅ Payments can typically be made:
• Online
• By mail
• In person through your municipality

💰 Don’t forget to claim the Home Owner Grant (HOG) if you’re eligible — this could reduce your property taxes by at least $570.

If you’re buying or selling a home before July 2, it’s also a good idea to check with your lawyer or conveyancer early to confirm who will be paying the taxes and claiming any applicable grants to avoid surprises on completion.

A little preparation now can help avoid penalties later 👍

Grateful for an incredible trip to Mexico with the amazing teams at DLC Group and MPP 🌴☀️

From beach days and poolside hangs to snorkeling adventures, great dinners, and a few unexpected encounters with the local wildlife 🦎… this trip was the perfect mix of relaxation, fun, and connection.

One of the best parts was spending quality time with such an inspiring group of people. So many great conversations, laughs, and memories made along the way. Feeling very fortunate to be part of such a supportive community both professionally and personally.

Already looking forward to the next adventure. 🍹🌊

Feeling incredibly grateful to celebrate this milestone and reflect on an amazing journey over the past decade and a half.
