Makesense Inc.

Makesense Inc. Financial strategy and education — budgeting, debt, investing, retirement, tax, and business finance — real answers, not sales pitches.

How We Can Help

Makesense Inc. is a financial strategy and education company for people who want real answers about their money, not a sales pitch. We started the company after 24 years inside the financial industry, watching institutions prioritize sales over genuine client education — so now we do it differently. We help clients build clear, personalized strategies across budgeting, debt manage

ment, investing, retirement planning, tax strategy, and business finance. The Value We Add

Working with us means having a strategist in your corner, not a salesperson. We help you cut through industry noise, understand your real options, and build a plan around what actually matters to you — whether that's a clear path out of debt, a retirement strategy that fits your timeline, or a tax strategy that supports your bigger financial picture. Our process includes:

Getting a clear picture of where you stand today and where you want to go;
Building a personalized strategy across the areas that matter most to you; and
Revisiting that strategy as your goals and circumstances change. Because when it comes to your money, you deserve better than "just trust me."

What is the biggest financial goal you're trying to achieve right now?

08/07/2026

The biggest mistake people make with money isn't choosing the wrong investment.
It's investing before they know what they're trying to accomplish.

Are you investing for:

Income?

Growth?

Retirement?

Freedom?

Leaving money to your children?

Those are completely different goals.

Until you know the problem you're trying to solve, you'll never know if an investment is actually "good."

Better financial decisions start with better questions.

Most people think better financial decisions come from finding better investments.

I think they come from asking better questions.

Before asking, "What should I buy?"

Ask:

"What problem am I trying to solve?"

Income? Growth? Security? Flexibility? Peace of mind?

The right investment often becomes much clearer once you understand the problem you're trying to solve.

People don't need more financial information. They need a better way of thinking about financial decisions.

Should your company buy your house? 🏠

It's a question a lot of business owners ask — and the answer isn't as simple as yes or no.

The idea sounds smart: your company buys the home, you rent it back, then buy it from the company later. But the profit you'd normally get tax-free on your own home doesn't work that way inside a company — it gets taxed once there, then again when the money reaches you, on top of tougher financing and doubled legal fees.

This is exactly the kind of decision that looks simple on the surface and gets expensive when it's made without the full picture.

"Just trust me."

If you have ever sat across from a financial advisor and heard those words — or felt like that was the unspoken expectation — you are not alone.

The financial industry has a long history of asking clients to follow along without fully understanding why. What product they are being put into. What commission is being earned. What alternatives exist.

At Makesense Inc., we do things differently.

We do not sell products. We do not earn commissions. We educate, we strategize, and we make sure you understand every decision before you make it.

Because you are allowed to ask why. You always have been.

Strategy & education — not a sales pitch in disguise.

"Why are so many top financial advisors suddenly being fired for cause?"

It's a question that's making headlines across the financial services industry.

What many people don't realize is that a termination for cause doesn't automatically mean misconduct occurred. In highly regulated industries like banking and wealth management, allegations alone can have devastating consequences on an advisor's career, reputation, and livelihood.

Clients place tremendous trust in their advisors. Advisors, in turn, rely on employers, compliance departments, and investigative processes to be fair, objective, and transparent.

When an advisor is terminated, clients rarely hear the full story. They hear the employer's version.

As consumers, it's worth asking:
• How are investigations conducted?
• What protections exist against internal politics, conflicts of interest, or false allegations?
• What happens when an advisor disputes the allegations?
• Who ensures the process itself is fair?

The financial industry demands accountability—and it should. But accountability must apply to institutions as well as individuals.

Trust is built on transparency. That principle should extend to everyone involved.

Is Bitcoin about to explode again?

Don't make the mistake most investors make—trying to time the exact moment to buy.

Most people don't fail because they picked the wrong investment. They fail because they stop investing.

You don't have to be perfect with timing to build wealth. Markets reward discipline more than perfect timing.

So instead of trying to predict the exact bottom, many investors build positions gradually—buying over time so volatility works for them, not against them.

Here's the irony.

When markets rise, people feel safe buying. When markets fall, people feel afraid buying.

Which means many investors end up doing the exact opposite of what builds wealth…They buy high and sell low.

Successful investors often do the opposite.

They focus less on headlines and more on long-term positioning. Because wealth is usually built through consistency—not excitement.

📊 Simple question:

When markets drop…Do you see danger or discounts? If Bitcoin dropped 20% tomorrow…Would you panic—or buy more? Volatility creates opportunity—but only if you have a plan. 📈💰
