Our clients include successful professionals, investors, first-time buyers, and people looking for the urban living experience in Toronto. Maxim Baginskiy is developers approved "platinum" broker with over 25 years of condo investment experience. The advantage of buying pre-construction condos is to buy before it's open to most agents and the public prior to the opening day of a new condo sales office. If you are working with us you have an opportunity to invest in a unit at the lowest possible price before the project officially opens. This gives you guaranteed truly first access to inventory, best pick at unit levels, floor plans, lowest prices guaranteed, and platinum access to incentives & promotions.
