In a bold and strategic move that reflects both vision and determination, Serenity successfully acquired two multiplexes in the past three months.
One 6-plex in Moncton, New Brunswick, was closed in May 2023. This property is centrally located in a A+ location with proximity to major employment centers and educational centers in Moncton. This off-market deal is a steal with a strong rental revenue. The property will yield over 25% ROI each year from the get-go.
The second 6-plex closed in July 2023 was in Kitchener, Ontario. There are always numerous growth and opportunities in the Kitchener-Waterloo area. This purpose-built building was well maintained and was acquired at an under-market price. This is Serenity’s first property in the KW area, but it will not be the last.
