Canadian stock markets could not have picked a more timely day for our in-office morning with Scott Lysakowski who heads our PH&N Canadian Equity team - I took so many note my pen actually ran out of ink! Thank you Erin Grant for bringing these top resources to our Nanaimo office - it is valuable access to information for our Vancouver Island clients and advisors alike. My favorite takeaway is that the analyst experience with Aritzia is the same a millenial online shopper - I want to do all my shopping at the trending Canadian grown retailer as I have the past 20 years, but some of the new trends (in fashion and American expansion) are new territory for my nostalgia. Barrel cut denim and boxy cropped suiting needs more first-hand research before I buy my cart, as the future fashion trends present an uncertain upside for my forties that might be riskier then it was a few years ago.
