🚨 BANK OF CANADA: RATE HIKE PREDICTED! 🇨🇦
The tide may be turning for Canadian interest rates!
According to a Reuters poll, 56% of economists expect the Bank of Canada to raise its overnight rate from 2.25% to 2.50% on October 28, 2026.
📈 With inflation at 3.1%, borrowing costs could be heading higher.
🏡 What does this mean for real estate?
🔹 Homebuyers: Higher borrowing costs could affect affordability and purchasing power.
🔹 Homeowners: Variable-rate mortgage holders may see increased borrowing costs.
🔹 Sellers: Changing interest rates could influence buyer confidence and market activity.
💬 What's your take? Will another rate hike slow down Canada's housing market, or will buyers continue moving forward?
