Wise words from a wise woman. 🤍

Dolly taught us many important things in life, and we have to admit, “Never ignore your roots, your home, or your hair” might be one of our favourites.

Especially the home part. 😉

Because home is so much more than four walls and a mortgage. It’s where your mornings start, where your people gather, where milestones are celebrated, and where so many of the little moments that make up a life happen.

And just like your roots, where you call home has a way of becoming part of your story.

Whether you’re buying your very first place, moving because your family has outgrown the one you’re in, downsizing into a new chapter, or searching for the house that finally feels like the one, there’s something pretty special about finding a place that feels like yours.

So take it from Dolly: never ignore your roots, never underestimate the importance of home, and apparently... keep your hair appointments too.

If you’ve been wondering what I’ve been up to this summer… 👀

A whole lot of SOLD. 🏡

It’s been a busy few months, and seeing all of these listings together is a pretty fun reminder of just how many moves I’ve had the chance to be part of.
Some clients were saying goodbye to homes they’d loved for years. Others were buying the place they’d been waiting for. Some transactions were smooth sailing, and others involved a few more phone calls, negotiations and “okay, here’s what we’re going to do” conversations. 😂

That’s real estate.

And while I’ll never get tired of putting up a SOLD sign, the best part is everything that happens behind it. The people, the big decisions, the problem solving, and getting to be in someone’s corner through such a major moment in their life.

Feeling pretty grateful for a summer full of keys handed over, new chapters started and a LOT of sold signs. 🤍
