Another strong transaction completed at Dynamic.
Our Account Manager, Ruben Koppe supported a Western Canadian Oil & Gas client with a $1.8MM Share Purchase & Refinance focused on 3 Acid Pumpers.

The deal combined both ownership transition and equipment refinancing, allowing the client to optimize their fleet while moving forward with a strategic share purchase.

Structured over a 48-month term, the financing was tailored to the realities of the oilfield services space, balancing cash flow needs with long-term operational stability.
