1 in 4 Canadian Families Plan to Invest in Rental Real Estate

In uncertain times, many Canadians are turning to real estate investment to secure their family's future. Despite market turbulence, 1 in 4 Canadians plan to invest in rental properties for long-term benefits. Why? Because the growth potential far outweighs the risk.

Real estate offers long-term appreciation, like planting a seed and watching it grow. With property values increasing by an average of 6% annually in Canada, your equity grows, providing a solid financial foundation.

But it's not just appreciation; it's improved cash flow too. Rental properties can generate steady income, easing financial stress and adding to your pocket each month.

Plus, there's financial flexibility. Growing your real estate portfolio unlocks equity, allowing access to more funds for further investments or other goals.

Despite uncertainties, real estate offers security and peace of mind. Let's discuss how it can shape your family's financial future. Ready to explore? Let's connect! 🏡💼

Get a second opinion!

Please...don't sign your mortgage renewal form At least get a second opinion before you sign. Why? The CEBA Small Business loans are coming up for obligatory repayment on January 18, 2024.

If you're a small business owner and can pay back the balance, you'll receive loan forgiveness of up to 33% (up to $20,000).

If you're unable to pay the balance of the loan back, you'll be required to pay back the full loan.

This is another situation where a mortgage refinance could be worthwhile; especially if your mortgage renewal is happening soon.

Using a mortgage refinance to consolidate your consumer debt as well as your outstanding CEBA loan may be the answer to restoring your personal and business cashflow as well as receiving the 33% loan forgiveness provided by the government if CEBA loans are paid back by the 18th of January.
