Please help me wish my dear friend, Julie Wannop, the happiest of birthdays today!!

I’ve known Julie since is was 4 years old and she’s become one of my most trusted and authentic friends I’ve ever known. Julie is fierce and passionate about making the world a better place and brings so much joy and love into everything.

We share the darkest and most twisted sense of humour which allows me to be myself with her 100% of the time.

Julie is a huge inspiration to me as a parent, friend and business partner and I’m so grateful to have her in my life forever. Julie is a loving mother and friend and today I want to honour her with my deepest love and praise for the woman she is and the woman she is growing to become.

I love you, my friend. I just think you’re so awesome and I want you to know how loved and appreciated you are by me and so many others.

You may be small in stature. But, you have a massive impact and energy that you bring to this world.

Associations are everything.

Want to make $250K-$500K/year? $1Million? $2million?? Start hanging around people that make that kind of income. People who think differently. Act differently. Plan differently. Share differently.

Your lifestyle is a representation of the 5-10 people you hang around the most. Hanging with broke people who complain about their lives all the time? You’re the next one who’s broke complaining about your life all the time.

Feeling grateful for 90 minutes with this morning stopping by our office to share some mentorship on building vision and belief with myself, and some of our agents.

Opinions are like a$$holes. Everyone’s got one.

It doesn’t mean we need to dismiss people for their opinions. We get to choose what we believe, think and act based on our own moral compass, intentions, and purpose.

Don’t let anyone else’s negativity or limited perspective take you down. It’s an epidemic we’re living through right now. Society is fractured. People are fearful and drawing lines in the sand to protect themselves from demons that are not even real.

Thoughts become feelings. Feelings become actions. Actions become reality. Reality is subjective.

If you find yourself getting caught up in someone’s negativity, it can damage your thoughts. Your belief. Your trust. Your feelings. Your actions. Your reality.

If you let it.

Or, you can find gratitude for an experience that teaches you something about someone else that gives you freedom to let them go. Wish them the best without anger or resentment in your heart.

Listen to people. They’ll tell you everything you need to know if you ask the right questions. Then you get to decide if it aligns with your vision and heart. If it doesn’t, that’s ok. Let it go! Let it go!! (Insert Frozen soundtrack here:)

Keep staying true to yourself, your passion, your vision, your voice. The right people will find you. They’ll change your life. They’ll provide far more than anyone else’s negative opinion of you can tear down.

The older I get, the more I realize:
