Personally, I love open houses, whether I am there as a Mortgage Specialist or as a potential (nosey) buyer....spring has sprung, so that means open houses season has started! Like the article says, go to educate yourself, and if nothing else, some realtors have baked goods to entice an audience...who doesn't like free cookies?!?

Are you balancing your home purchase with your lifestyle? Banks can lend up to 40% of your total monthly gross income to go towards your: mortgage payment, property taxes, heat, and all of your other monthly obligations reviewed from your credit bureau. We do not take into consideration your: cell phone, internet, cable, water bills, etc....maybe you still want to save for that hot vacation, dinner and a movie date nights, and so on....just remember to not overwhelm yourself with your mortgage payment because the bank said "YES"!!!
