Have you ever purchased something and then had the added fees throw your final costs out the window? Cell phone contracts are notorious for that! You think you’re paying for one thing, and then all the additional taxes, fees and add on’s make your original steal of a deal a less than wonderful bargain.

When it comes to buying a home, nobody likes unknown costs. I've found that being systematic in my approach, and giving all the fees that you can anticipate upfront, greatly helps with relieving the challenges of purchasing a new home! All of a sudden, you’re able to calculate the final costs of owning a home and not be surprised by any unknown fees. I love chatting about home purchases with people, come grab a coffee with me, I guarantee it is worth it!
