✔️ Five or more years of third-party collection agency experience in Canada.
✔️ Leadership experience managing collector performance.
✔️ Knowledge of provincial collection legislation and consumer protection requirements.
✔️ Experience with major commercial clients, including financial institutions and telecommunications portfolios.
✔️ A commitment to professionalism, compliance, and achieving results.
You'll help lead our collection teams, develop portfolio strategy, mentor collectors, collaborate across departments, and continue delivering the high standard of service our clients expect.
