Recently, I’ve heard many investors talking about Die With Zero, so I knew I had to get the audiobook to see what all the buzz was about.
What I appreciated most was the perspective it offered on balancing future security with living a meaningful life today. It challenges the idea that financial success is simply about accumulating more and instead asks an important question:
What is your money actually for?
For some people, it’s travel. For others, it’s supporting family, pursuing a passion, retiring early or creating a legacy. There isn’t one right answer.
These are some of my favourite conversations to have with clients. Financial planning isn’t just about growing wealth. It’s about aligning your resources with the life you want to live and the experiences that matter most to you.
Every person’s goals are different, which means every financial plan should be too.
If this perspective resonates with you, I’d love to connect. I’m currently welcoming new clients and helping individuals and families build personalized strategies that support the milestones, priorities and experiences that matter most to them.
What’s one experience or life goal you’d prioritize if money wasn’t the limiting factor?
