🔹Determines Budget: Pre-approval gives you a clear idea of how much a lender is willing to loan you based on your financial situation. This helps you set a realistic budget and focus on homes within your price range.

🔹Credibility with Sellers: When you make an offer on a home, sellers are more likely to take you seriously if you have a pre-approval letter. It shows that you're financially qualified to buy their home, which can give you a competitive edge, especially in a hot market.

🔹Speeds Up the Process: Since the lender has already reviewed your finances during the pre-approval process, the underwriting and final approval stage of your mortgage may go faster, helping you close on your home sooner.

🔹Identify Potential Issues: Pre-approval allows you to uncover any financial issues, such as credit score or debt-to-income ratio problems, that could affect your ability to secure a loan. This gives you time to address them before you start house hunting.

🔹Locks in Interest Rates: Depending on the lender, getting pre-approved allows you to lock in an interest rate for a 4 months.

This is seriously DELICIOUS! Add a protein and it is a great meal! Let me know if you try this.

Apple Feta Orzo Salad with Maple Dijon Dressing

Ingredients:
1 cup dry orzo pasta
1 apple, diced
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup dried cranberries
2 cups baby spinach, chopped
2 tablespoons red onion, finely diced

For the Maple Dijon Dressing:
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions:

Cook the orzo according to package instructions until tender, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cool water.
Combine cooked orzo, diced apple, feta cheese, walnuts, dried cranberries, spinach, and red onion.
Whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently until evenly coated.
Chill for 10 minutes or serve immediately.
