We’re looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our team as Outbound Call & Customer Follow-Up Representatives. No prior experience is required — we’ll provide full training!

Position Overview

As an Outbound Call & Customer Follow-Up Representative, you’ll be responsible for reaching out to existing and potential customers to provide information, confirm details, and ensure satisfaction. You’ll represent our brand with professionalism and a positive attitude while helping maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to current and potential customers
Follow up on inquiries, quotes, or recent service interactions
Record and update customer information in our CRM system
Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
Schedule appointments or forward leads to the appropriate department
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve minor issues promptly
Meet daily and weekly call goals
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Basic computer and typing skills
Friendly, professional phone manner
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Reliable and punctual
(No previous call center or sales experience required — we offer comprehensive training!)
