When I mention that bookkeeping can help a business flourish I am often looked at as though I have asparagus hanging out of my nose.
Most of the time when I speak with business owners they look at it like it’s a bunch of boring numbers and a necessary evil mainly because it doesn’t drive business. I mean can you blame them? Truth is bookkeeping is an essential part of running a business and helping you understand where you sit financially. It sheds light on the profitability, and helps you see where your cash flow is going. Your time is best spent making money and serving clients. That’s a key for every business, but the harsh reality is, somebody has to deal with the boring numbers so you can focus on growing your business. I always stress to my clients, and even potential clients, the importance of staying on top of your books. I like to use the analogy that bookkeeping is like dirty dishes. Say you have a fork that you keep washing regularly. While it may be a nuisance to stay on top of cleaning it, at least you always have a safe, clean tool at your disposal. However, you could also let those dishes pile up over days, weeks, months into a year and you wind up with a smelly, murky mess. Bookkeeping is very much the same. It’s easy to put off small financial transactions until they start sn*******ng and by tax time you’re scrambling to clean up the smelly overflow of dishes.
As a freelance bookkeeper I like to work on a personable level with my clients. I try to make myself accessible to them and provide them basic understanding of the flow of their business. I discuss rates that are fair and affordable based off their needs. I will gladly tackle receipts, payments, invoices, reports, reconciliations and staying on top of accounts payables/receivables. My job is to take the burden off of you and help lighten your load so you can keep the focus on growing your company. Good day!

I am a freelance bookkeeper/virtual assistant working from home and am looking to take on a few more clients. I have ten years experience with bookkeeping/administrative duties and have been utilizing my skills from home for the last few years. I handle books for various companies (construction/landscaping/hvac, trucking, welding, education programs, etc) I strive to work closely and on a more personal level with each client to ensure they have a proper understanding of the flow of their business . I can do a multitiude of tasks ranging from
-Basic bookkeeping through Quickbooks Online (Data Entry, Tracking expenses, Invoicing and payments, Financial Reports, Reconciling Accounts, Accounts Receivable/Payable, Sales Tax Reports, etc)

I am extremely computer competent and have in depth knowledge and training with Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Office. My clients are one of my top priorities and I always ensure that my tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. I work alongside accountants as well to ensure proper record keeping at all times, and to save you and your business money.

I charge monthly rates and hourly rates depending on the services required.

Hey everyone! I decided to take the leap and create a business page for myself.

Brief introductory time.
I am a freelance bookkeeper/virtual assistant who has been working from home throughtout the past year. I have nine years experience with doing bookkeeping. I currently handle books for various small companies (ie; Construction, Hair styling, Dental, Preschooling Programs, etc) I strive to work closely and on a more personal level with each client to ensure they have a proper understanding of the flow of their business .
I can do a multitiude of tasks ranging from
-Bookkeeping through Quickbooks Online (Data entry, tracking expenses, invoicing and payments, financial reports, reconciling accounts, accounts receivable/payable, tax preparation, etc.) I am also very knowledgeable with Microsoft Office.

I am extremely computer competent and have in depth knowledge and training with the programs mentioned above. My clients are always a top priority, and I ensure that my tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

I can provide both reasonable hourly and monthly rates.
