MyBrokers is looking for a Commercial Sales Producer that demonstrates a hunger and passion for hunting commercial business, creating client relationships, and meeting/exceeding targets for collecting new business.
Job description
Generate new clients by identifying new business opportunities and acquiring new business for the company
Develop leads & actively solicit new Commercial Lines accounts to build a book of business
Ensuring that strong long term customer relationships are created by providing an industry-leading level of support to clients in maintaining their insurance
Network and embed yourself within the commercial insurance community
Your primary responsibility is generating new business, and you’ll be responsible for growing (or continuing to grow) your book of business

Qualifications:
Licensed Level 2 Alberta Insurance Agent
2-5 years of insurance exposure within a commercial insurance business environment
2 years experience in a team environment in a customer sales/marketing position with or without a book of business
Broad knowledge of all lines of insurance coverage and industry operations
Consistent customer retention of 90%+
An entrepreneurial mindset with a vision to build and hunt for new business
You derive satisfaction in creating customer relationships and business growth
Enjoy working as part of a team and you thrive in a fast-paced environment
Have a reputation of meeting and exceedings new business targets
