To all of my wonderful clients, colleagues and partners: I'm going to be taking a couple of weeks off to rest and reset around the holidays and will be back to work on Tuesday, January 7th. I'm looking forward to spending time with my wife Monica and daughter Noelle, but am also excited for what 2025 has in store when I get back to my desk.

I was finally able to make it back to Iqaluit for the first time since 2019 and I attended the Nunavut Trade Show, both as an invited speaker on a business panel and as an exhibitor. I'm proud to represent RBC Insurance in one of my favourite places in Canada. Nunavut doesn't get a lot of exposure to proper insurance advice and we're working hard to be part of the solution.

Big thank you to the local RBC team and all of my amazing clients and friends for a great trip. I'll see you next year!

I had the great pleasure of spending three days last week in Victoria with leaders, partners and colleague with RBC Insurance at "Partners in Excellence," an education seminar for advisors and other industry partners. The sessions were fantastic, food and drink were delicious and the company and connections were wonderful. Special shoutout for bringing Dr. Dave Williams, a Canadian astronaut, medical specialist and former hospital CEO as a speaker. What an inspiring and engaging presentation!

Much appreciation to our leaders within RBC Insurance for organizing and inviting us. I'm excited for the future of our company.

Randy and I had the pleasure of attending the 68th Advocis Banff School last week and we had a great time, as always. From the valuable education, to the fun events (like the annual baseball game) to the amazing connections and friendships that are created, we keep attending year after year.
