What keeps us motivated?

It is hard to stay motivated, especially when you hit bumps in the road, which are inevitable. These are a few of the things we do to stay on course.

1. We keep our “why” posted on our wall. It serves as a reminder to us daily of the reasons we invest in real estate, especially when it is hard.

2. We have a clear road map for the next 5-10 years with mile markers set along the way. This way we can see progress, celebrate our forward movement and know that we are headed in the right direction.

3. We set regular meetings for us to connect. This helps us divide the work, understand what the other one is doing and keep us moving forward.

4. We surround ourselves with like-minded people. We have a community of other investors to ask questions, seek advice, brainstorm and share resources.

We love what we do! Real estate is our jam and building our real estate business is what we love to do every day!!
