It's never too early to learn about money!

We welcomed Parkland Immanuel Christian School's Grade 2 class for a field trip to our Edmonton branch.

The students spent time around the branch peeking inside the vault, learning about debit cards, examining foreign coins, and using play money to purchase a snack.

Our team was grateful to teach about God's design for our relationship with money and share just how fun banking can be!

Recipients of the scholarship will be selected based on an essay emphasizing the meaning of 'biblical stewardship'.

All applicants must be members of Christian Credit Union on March 31, 2026. There is still time to become a member if you do not meet this requirement!

Recently a member called us after receiving a suspicious phone call.

The caller had claimed to be from Christian Credit Union and started asking for her personal details, credit card number, and PINs.

Please remember, we will NEVER call you to ask for your:
- Passwords
- Personal information
- Login credentials
- One-time passcodes
- Debit or credit card PIN
- Remote access to your device

If someone has called you asking for this information, notice this as a red flag.

To keep your information safe, hang up suspicious calls and dial the official Christian Credit Union phone number on the back of your debit card. Only share information over calls that you have initiated to trusted phone numbers.

We believe that continued education, whether at a trade school, university, or college, is beneficial in setting our younger members on a path to excellent careers.

For that reason, we give our younger members at participating high schools the opportunity to be awarded $1,000 towards their post-secondary plans.

These 5 principles are:
1. Spend less than you earn.

3. Avoid the use of debt.
4. Maintain an emergency fund.
5. Set long-term goals.

Rooted in Scripture, we believe these principles will lead you to finding contentment with your finances as you put active confidence in God's design for your relationship with money.

Celebrate the Lord's blessings with us over food and fellowship!

On March 19, 2026, our AGM will be held simultaneously in both Lethbridge and Edmonton locations for our members.

The schedule is as follows:
5:30pm - Doors open
6:00pm - Dinner begins in Lethbridge; Standing reception begins in Edmonton
7:00pm - Business Meeting begins, followed by a presentation from Prairie College
