Since joining Lloyd Sadd, now Navacord, in 2011, he has played an important role in supporting the business's growth and that of its people. In late 2025, he stepped into his current leadership position, where he continues to draw on decades of experience to guide advisors and help them reach their full potential.

For Mark, the most rewarding part of his role is supporting others' success. He is committed to creating an environment where advisors can learn, grow and thrive, whether they are just starting their careers or are established industry professionals. He also values the long-term relationships built with clients through trust, collaboration and a relentless focus on service excellence.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys staying active and making the most of his time with family. An avid golfer, cyclist and traveller, he often combines his love of golf with opportunities to explore new destinations. When he's not on the course or the road, he can be found spending time at the lake with his wife and their two dogs, enjoying the outdoors and the moments that matter most.
