July 2026 stats show a slower market - but don't let it fool you! Summer is typically slower due to scheduled vacations and summer plans, but the fall season is just around the corner!

+ Detached homes decreased sales by 7.9% since June and the prices of homes have decreased by 1.3%

+ Semi-detached homes decreased sales by 8.2% and prices decreased by 2.1%
