I recently found out that a childhood friend was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer, and It’s pushed me into caring a lot more about what I’m feeding my body.

Today, I used an app to help me make better snack food choices. The app rated each food on a scale from 1 to 100 based on nutritional values, ingredient quality, and concerning additives. I was shocked by some of the results.

My fav snack was rated 3/100 ❌😵✅👀

Now that steak strips are off my shopping list, I’m looking for “grab & go” snack ideas! Please share your go-to, healthy snack foods in the comments 🙏🏼
