Is the "lowest rate" actually a hidden bill? 💸

Most people think a mortgage is just a number. But the "cheapest" rate on the market often comes with strings attached that can pull thousands of dollars out of your pocket later.

Before you sign, you need to ask:
1️⃣ How is the penalty calculated? (Standard vs. IRD can be a $10k+ difference!)
2️⃣ Is there a Cash-Back Clawback? (Don’t let them take back your "bonus.")
3️⃣ Can I add a HELOC or 2nd mortgage later? (Don't limit your future self!)

A mortgage is a long term relationship, not a one-night stand. Choose a product that fits your life, not just your budget for Month 1.
