Don’t let having debt make you feel bad…instead regularly evaluate your debt with a professional and ensure you are structured correctly

Mortgage Renewals are Killing Canadians.

But the solution isn't just about squeezing out a slightly lower rate.. it's about finding a better solution.

When you are jumping from rates of 2 or 3% to 4-5%.. you need someone that will strategize.

Look at consolidations to free up cash flow, look at extending ammoritization or swapping to a different mortgage product like a re-advanceable or reverse mortgage.
