How often do we hear the phrase “trust the process”?

I think the better advice is “ Trust yourself and the process will follow.”

How much time do we spin off into the ether worrying about those things we ‘should’ do but keep putting off? Pobably a LOT.

We all have our Achilles Heel tasks we hate doing or want to try but keep procrastinating over.

Imagine the advice you’d give to someone else who was doing the same…what would you say to inspire them to make their move?

If we all took our own advice, we’d be miles ahead so…what will you trust yourself to try today? That thing you find yourself over-thinking, over-planning, and putting off…trust yourself and try it.

You can thank yourself afterwards! 😊

Did you know you could have the income to qualify for a larger mortgage—but still be limited by your down payment?

For example, with $40,000 down:

The first $25,000 covers 5% of the first $500,000.

The remaining $15,000 covers 10% of the next $150,000.

That sets your maximum purchase price at $650,000—regardless of how high your income is.

Your income determines how much mortgage you can carry. Your down payment determines the purchase price you can access.

You need both numbers working together.

Early conversations with a mortgage broker can trade a rough experience for a relaxed one.
