FEBRUARY MARKET STATS ARE OUT! 📊

Calgary's real estate market showed interesting dynamics this month, with detached and semi-detached homes continuing to see strong demand and balanced conditions, while the market shifts varied by property type. Overall, the city maintained relatively balanced conditions with a healthy sales-to-new-listings ratio of 55%. 🏘️

Here's a little breakdown:

• February sales totalled 1,526 homes, down 11% from last year 📉
• The benchmark price for all Calgary home types was $560,500 💰
• Inventory levels sat at 4,822 units with 3 months of supply, indicating balanced market conditions ⚖️
