As we head into the holiday season, our company is launching a Christmas giving initiative to support people in our communities who are having a tough time this year.
We’ll be donating to three organizations:
• Calgary Veterans Food Bank
Provides food hampers, emergency assistance, and support services to Veterans and their families. They’ve seen a major drop in donations this year and are struggling to meet rising demand.
• Hope Mission (Edmonton)
Offers meals, shelter, addiction recovery programs, and outreach services to people experiencing homelessness or poverty. Their work becomes even more critical during the winter months.
• Elizabeth Fry Society of Northern Alberta
Supports women and gender-diverse people involved in the justice system or facing difficult life circumstances. Their programs help with housing, employment, family support, and rebuilding stability.
To help boost their efforts, we’ll be matching donations from our friends, clients, and partners—up to $1,000 per charity.
If you’d like to take part, just comment on this post with your pledge (for example: “We’re in for $50”). Public pledges help build momentum, and we’ll keep a running tally so everyone can see the impact our community creates together.
